Yes, you can apply after your class 12th, that's normally the universal rule. To apply for Canadian universities, you must be very good academically so you have to study hard. Also, you must take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements for international applicants. You are strongly advised to check university websites for details of Bachelor's degree programs, its admission, fee and deadlines before applying.

This is something you should be knowing, right? Ask yourself, why do you want to migrate and what job you want to do? Also, you have not provided anything about your education background, you should at least mention the stream for us to have an idea to give some suggestions to you.

Decide what to study and check for scholarship options. A complete free education or 100% scholarship is rare unless you are extraordinarily bright. You also have an MBA so choose what to study carefully.

Some universities may allow you to apply during your final year and admissions will depend on your final year results and other condition, but most universities will want your final year marks. It is the best you check with the universities directly first. Email them.

Please refer to the link provided below for a detailed list of colleges, which offer MS courses from Canada. Fee structures are mentioned for most colleges, however, if you need a detailed fee structure feel free to download the college brochure if required. Not highly recommended because the process would be highly complicated. You can also study only if you meet the credit point requirements of the university. You have to contact some universities in Canada and check out the necessary requirements. Try to get hold of some authorized university representative or agent.

The best will depend on the person. PGD and Master's degree are different, also it will be difficult to find a PGD in the engineering discipline in Canada. If you want to do a Master's degree then you must be academically very strong, more than 75% is required. You must have very strong LORs, project works, etc. You can make your career mainly in RnD field. So, you decide which is the best for your by going through programme syllabus, related careers, and admission requirements.
