Please mention your Bachelor's degree. Your IELTS score is okay and you may be offered a bridge course but for admissions, you must meet academic requirements which are most important.

Hi,
PG Diploma or Graduate Certificate courses in related areas such as accounting, finance, entrepreneurship, etc. are available. Since you hold a three year degree you may not find options in a MS program in Canada. You can refer to this link below for many such options:

No university will advertise this explicitly whether it admits students with backlogs, it will depend on your overall profile, the acceptance rate of the university, the type of applicants you are competing with and so on. 20 backlogs is a very big numbers for Canada, you must have had passed with a very high percentile to be accepted. Check Australia.

You are advised to get it evaluated by the desired university, it is difficult to answer your question since the admission requirements are different for different universities. Get in touch with some universities in Canada, a lot of them have offices in India, speak to the representatives and clarify.
All the best.

Chances are high as your grades are good, though the visa decision will depend on the visa officer. Take the IELTS as well. Check for additional program specific requirements on university websites and follow the timelines, apply early for maximizing your chances.
