Hi Jashandeep,
It will be difficult to find relevant courses in Canada, especially after Physics. Check other countries like Australia, New Zealand too. Product Design, Project Management, Engineering Physics Diploma, etc. See if you can find anything here:

Hi Simran,
After commerce, you can choose to study Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, logistics and supply chain management and entrepreneurship. These are most relevant although you can also try international business, business administration, but the rejection rate is higher in these cases.

Canada is one of the best places and ECE is one the top job sectors. Other major countries are USA, Germany, Japan, Taiwan, etc.

The grades are okay, but the IELTS score is quite low. You may be eligible for some pathway programs instead of a retake. You must check it with the universities, check on UCAS website too. Directly email some universities, they will respond and guide you as per their norms.
