The answer will depend majorly on what you want to study and where you want to settle. Basis your grades, I can strongly suggest Canada.

You have to visit university websites and research yourself for specific admission requirements. Admissions are not based on IELTS alone and if an university finds your profile strong they may accept you. Every program and University has different admission requirements. You may also be required to take a bridge course in English if the university suggests.

If your plan is to finally work in Canada, then study in Canada for better prospects. If you study in India, you will have a hard time searching for jobs without work experience and exceptional profile.

Yes, very much possible. You can check CIC website or google about K12 schools in Canada. Admission requirements are different and will be informed by the school itself.

All three countries are English speaking so you won't have any problem. I feel Canada should be preferred since this country still seeks immigrants.

The concept of integrated degree is not very common abroad and it will be mostly at PhD level as the candidates by that time have decided their career path. Hence, you may not find any good colleges in it. It would be better to go for BBA first and then you may choose specialisation for MBA as per your experience.
