Difficult to say. There are many degree holders from recognised foreign universities not having a job till date. In India, HR managers or companies have a list of foreign universities, if you don't belong to the university on their list chances are that you won't be recruited. It will all depend on the course you want to study. PGDM holders are plenty in India so why should a company hire you. Ask this to yourself. Analyse market information properly before applying.

Unfortunately, you won't have options as 49% is not accepted by any university abroad. 55% is decent enough. Look for options in India and maintain a decent academics before planning to study abroad. Understand that study abroad is not easy and if you don't qualify, they won't let you in.
