You cannot take a loan in a foreign country. You have to take a loan from an Indian bank only. You are supposed to show your finances while applying for the visa. In such cases, without loan you cannot even apply for the visa.
As you are going, you need a copy borrower either your parents or siblings and you have to give collateral security for the loan. Interest rate differs from bank to bank.

To decide the country, you consider the following four factors. Duration, tuition fees and living expenses, ability to earn part-time and stay back option.
Australia will be more costly. Canada has better stay back options.
You have 6.5 overall score in IELTS. Do you have a minimum of 6 band in all four modules?

While studying you are allowed to work 20 hours per week during term days. Expect Singapore all other countries allow this for student visa holders. You are also allowed to work 40 hours per week when you have holidays.
Colleges and universities do have few jobs. Mostly, you have to look for jobs outside.

There is a website called statementofpurpose.com. You can refer and prepare. You are making a story about yourself as how did you land up to the current education status and what you are looking for in the course you want to apply for. Don't praise the institution but highlight what attracted you in that institution related to your study.

Hello,
Your GRE scores are just average. So, it is advisible for USA if you may retake & improve them. For Canada, it your Academics of Bachelors degree would matter & if that is higher first division - 70% & above would be good for University of Windsor & others. You may look at universities like - University of Michigan Ann Arbor, Clemson University etc. in USA.

Hello,
Yes, there can be some universities for your profile in USA but it would be highly competitive for Canada. You must appear in GRE & get good scores to balance academics in your profile besides an English proficiency test of IELTS or TOEFL. For Canada, you may look for post graduate diploma with your current academics in case you want to go to Canadian institutes.

It is possible if you are not targeting a competitive university. There are various community colleges as well where you can apply.

Hi Akanksha, the answer will depend completely on the kind of job you want to do. You have to know which subjects or courses could be best for you. What I may suggest may not be best for you since every person has different interests, aptitude, skills, etc. Your question is very open-ended, I will therefore, advice you to know what you want and decide accordingly. Hi Pranav, most universities in Canada do not require GRE. Check Lakehead University, University of Regina, Dalhousie University and many more. You may check university websites for the specific admission requirements. It shouldn't be too difficult since only a handful would ask for GRE score.

Hi Sunny, look out for the admission requirements in Canada for MBA programmes. Firstly, not every university accepts a three year Bachelor degree. Secondly, MBA applicants are required to have work experience of around 2 years. Thirdly, all good programmes require GMAT scores. I will rather advice you check MS finance or MS management programmes. Generally around 75% is required for top ranked universities.
