Dear,
With this percentage, it's difficult to get good college in Canada or any other country.
Either, you need to improve your grades or look for other options in India and improve your grades in graduation than think of MBA from abroad.

Hi,
For Bachelor's degree, an overall score of 6.5 with no section less than 6 is generally required but you need to check on university websites for specific requirements.
