Hi Jay,
The UG level Diploma programs are available in SPP colleges like aircraft maintenance, aerospace manufacturing engineering and so on. But, these are only Diploma programs. You can check PG Diploma in aviation management in Georgian College.

Hi Prapti,
Different universities have different requirements. Some are more competitive and selective. So, you should visit the university website for the admission requirements. You can apply, since you have done BDS. You have to take IELTS or TOEFL, submit a personal statement of your career objectives, and submit reference letters. The other components will be mentioned on the university website.

40% unfortunately is too low for any foreign university, let alone Canada. Please understand that you must qualify to pursue higher education and certain norms must be met. The only possible way is to pursue your Bachelor's or diploma India and perform well academically before applying abroad.

Canada supposedly has easier immigration rules. However, I don't think this is a right portal to enquire about citizenship and PR. Try checking with an immigration consultancy.

Hi,
MS programs are competitive and especially if you are applying to a research based program. Your grades are fine however admissions committee will also consider your reference letters, personal statement, GRE scores and overall application. Chances could be high if you work on your overall profile, visit university websites before applying.

Hi,
Universities in Canada requires a four year Bachelor degree. So, applying with a three year degree may not be fruitful. You must also take your IELTS and even a GRE if the university requires it. Admissions are extremely competitive and high academic grades are required. Check with some universities directly.
