There is no "success rate" of Canadian visas as they are given on case to case basis. There are two categories of Visas to Indian students - general ans SPP visas. Under SPP, it is easier to get the visa. However for that you need confirmed admission to a Canadian SPP institute.

It depends on where you wish to work. Pharmacy is one area where the course applicability differs from country to country. If you study in India, you can't work in Canada as the industry or pharmacy is different there. Similarly, with a Canadian degree practicing pharmacy in India will be difficult,

First shortlist the universities offering the course. Then see the exam requirements - if they require GRE for MTech or not. Apart from GRE, you will be required to appear for either IELTS or TOEFL.

you can send available mark sheets. you need not wait till you get your final mark sheets. based on the available mark sheet you will get admission with condition to complete and then join. it is called conditional offer. To do your masters you will not have much schorlarships. few you can apply and try. PHd normally is fully stiphened PROGRAME. First you have to apply with good research proposal get ypur admission and then apply for schorlarships
