For any undergraduate program, Canadore requires a Higher Secondary School Certificate or Grade 12 completion certificate for Indian students.

The college provides on-campus housing to all students but only in North Bay. Students studying at Parry Sound need to make living arrangements independently and look for off-campus housing options. The North Bay campus offers three apartment-style buildings as student residences that accommodate 675 students. The buildings also feature full kitchens with ovens/stoves in every suite. Students can choose to stay in a two-bedroom suite or a four-bedroom suite apartment. Each apartment will have the following features:

Indian students at Canadore College need to apply through the OCAS portal. This portal allows an applicant to apply to other Ontario colleges as well. First of all, select the course and meet the entry requirements. Then, meet the entry requirements and fill the application form via OCAS and pay the application fee. Also, students have to submit the proof of English language proficiency.
