Both are the same and both are 4 years programme. Mostly B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture is preferred by the students. Getting a good job depends on various factors like from where you have done your Graduation, your skills, your knowledge about the field, the Industrial experience and exposure if you have any. There are ample of opportunities in this field both in Government and in Private sector. Usually, one has to complete all the semesters from a single college. If you want to switch, you need to talk with your college authorities regarding it. If there might be a provision for that, they will let you know.

As far as I know, CCNA & CCNP both have good scope. You have to do the first CCNA after that you can do CCNP to grow your job profile. A lot of friends have done both certification course from Koenig-Solutions.com
