You just need to select best university to study having excellent placement records and infrastructure and study hard. Not all colleges provide placement assistance in diploma. Hey Prapanchan,
If you want to do diploma after 10 than it will be a good option as it increases your competency in your relevant field. It gives you more technical knowledge than 12 class. However if you are asking about diploma after 12 than degree will be a better option as it only takes 1 more year but gives an ample of opportunities. Moreover if you choose a good university for your diploma you can be placed after your diploma only. Just check out diploma placements of the university. Suggested colleges -
