Hey Samyak,
There are two things you can do -
If you are interested in any of the specialized or technical field you can go for that otherwise you can simply go for BBA and than MBA if you are only interested in a management degree. If you go for a technical course than it will diversify your portfolio and will get you more opportunities than only management degrees. In any of the case your university selection would matter a lot. Suggesting you a few good colleges -

No course is good or bad for a person who has good aptitude and gains true knowledge of the field. therefore i would suggest you to take a course as per your career preferences in future. You may also visit a career counselor.
Whatever course you choose look for a good government college or else best private colleges like KIIT, Lovely professional University, MU, manipal etc.

Ritik, if you are planning to take the civil services exam, you would be aware that you have to prepare for your mains which requires reading up on not just newspapers but also subject matter. You are expected to know all aspects of the subject that you are selecting as a main. This requires intense course book study. News papers will definitely give you an edge with respect to latest developments, also read the OP-ed pages for what experts are saying and different issues regarding the industry/subject.
