I always recommend to students that first you decide what you want to be and then decide how to go there. It looks to me that you have an interest in being a lawyer and not a doctor. So, do what you want to be and go for LAW.
Now your next question would be what if I am not successful in Law and then my response would be what if you don't become a good doctor. My advice is follow your heart. You will do well in what you have an interest in.

That totally depends on you. If you feel that you should opt for a government job, you may do that. However, since you are just 12th pass, getting a good position may not be possible for you. You should focus on graduation and start preparing for exams like:
1. IBPS.
2. UPSC Civil Services.
3. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) combined graduate level exams.
Even if you do not get job, at least your graduation will help you for higher studies or for jobs in private sector. If you do not get job in government sector, on the basis of 12th, you can get hardly job of office assistant or similar. Which gives you salary of hardly Rs.10, 000 to Rs.

The Indian civil services examination is arguably the toughest and most prestigious in the country. Preparing for entering the top-notch services not only requires slogging but also a fair amount of luck and brilliance.

E Commerce is for sure very growing industry today. It's a good choice to be early in this domain. You need to first evaluate what's your current knowledge is and then accordingly plan how to take it forward. There are many institutes offering Digital Marketing courses, you can do a quick google search which program is best for you and accordingly go for it. I recommend Digital Vidya, they offer online programs and have very good feedbacks .
