I would suggest you to gain professional experience before venturing. If you look at most of the start-up founders, they had professional experience before they set their own firm.
If you have an idea that you think would do wonders, then atleast work with a start-up for some time (intern or full time - 6months) to know how things work in a start-up.
A management degree from top notch institution would assist in a big way. You have to work hard for CAT, GMAT as your scores in the BE, 12th and 10th aren't great.
If you need any assistance, I would be more than happy to help.

If you are already pursuing a Master's degree and don't want to pursue long term course again, then the best option for you is to get yourself enrolled into short term media courses. You can also do these courses simultaneously by enrolling yourself into online courses available for mass communication.

If you are looking for a part-time than you could try some of the online courses offered by different organizations.
1. http://www.shawacademy.com/?a_aid=56bad3c79ce5a
2. udemy.com (I did a certification program)
3. Coursera.com
For full time:
1. udaan.org.in
2. focusnip.com
3. Chitrakalaparishat - Bangalore (part of art curriculum).
Career prospects are good, now most the e-commerce sites are looking for talented photographers. Wedding photography, product design and marketing, etc.

Civil engineering is a booming industry. Transport engineering is some of the more in-demand areas now. It is honestly not easy for international students to get a job abroad. If you have the right skills, I don't see any reason why you will not get a job. US is no doubt quite competitive, they also have strict rules for international students. Choose the right course and country, work hard on your academics, improve your networking and communication skills and make best use of every opportunity. This might all sound philosophical but that is the way it works right. US, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore are som
