First, think of connecting your study with your job. Or, you make it a useful Business and Management course, related to BCom. Don't go in for fancy qualifications which are unrelated to you in every way.

In terms of Sympathy you will get job under Government but to get the same job of your father you need to have basic criteria for the appointment in the education field. Or else you will be given option according to your qualification and your father might have worked when B.Ed was not mandatory. Now it's mandatory for school education. Since yours will be new appointment. Criteria is mandatory.

Dear Student,
Every degree has its own value. There is a scope of every specialization in market. Whatever, marketing /finance/ HR/Operation, etc. There is a trend of dual MBA nowadays. You can do it. It means two specialization as HR and finance or HR and Marketing. You are a good judge in yourself. Find out your competencies and skills and decide for dual MBA.
Jobs are totally depend on the individuals. If you are excellent in your work and have full knowledge of your work then nobody can defeat you in market. So, identify your skills and hobbies then take a decision.

Marks are not a problem now a days. You are pursuing B.Tech, which is a valuable degree. Which type of business you have? Try to raise your business or Try to sharp your skills and competencies. This is the time of skills.
As our government policies are very liberal. They are just giving emphasis on skills. Digital India, Start up India and Make in India lots of pillar are here. Try to do MBA with:
1. Symbiosis.
2. IGNOU and
3. Institutes affiliate with UPTU etc.
