Hello!
Among the exams mentioned, CAT and XAT are comparatively tougher but many prominent B-schools across India accept their scores. With thorough and diligent preparation, both of them can be cracked. Give CMAT too since it is a bit easier than both CAT and XAT. There are not a lot of top-ranked colleges accepting MAT scores nowadays, so keep it only as a backup. Focus more on CAT/XAT and CMAT.

Since you will be eligible to give your CAT exams in your final year, so it would be better if you start your preparation from the second year of your undergraduate study itself. For preparation, there are various books available in the market and/or on the internet, you can refer to those or if you need extra help then you can probably join coaching classes for CAT preparation.

Any top B School might not give you admission as your class 10th and class 12th percentages are very low. You can still try giving CAT ,MAT, ZAT any many such exams and as per the percentile, you can decide the college whichever takes you in.
