Both the institutes are good if you can work hard. If your basics are clear, then opt for TIME. You can definitely crack CAT exam with the help of guidance provided by TIME.

Dear Vishvesh, through CAT score you can apply under the All India Seats quota, the cutoff for which is 99.99 percentile. You can also try giving MBA/MMS-CET whose cutoff is somewhere around 99.85 percentile.
