As far as I know MAT is considered for NEHU admission not CAT. And cutoff for MAT is 75 plus for ST students.

Without CAT score, admission into FMS Delhi will not be possible.

You will compulsorily need a valid CAT score that clears the cut-off applicable to your category, in order to secure an admission in FMS Delhi.

Last year, the results of CAT '16 were declared on January 9, so one can expect the results of CAT '17 to be declared on a similar date. Also, keep a check on the various CAT-related groups/forums for more such updates.
