Colleges I can apply for 91.23 CAT percentile, VA 94.59, DILR 66.49, QA 91.91 XTH : 85, XII 90 UG : 7.58/10 CAT OBC NCL work ex : 4 years.

You should apply to IIMs, Fore, BIM, NIT, IIT, etc. You have a very good record and you can grab a tier 1 IIM also.

There are the top 7 Old Iims, then the New and finally the Baby Iims. Old Iims: IIM-A, IIM-C (established in 1961), IIM-B (1973), IIM-Lucknow (1984), IIM-Indore (1996), IIM-Kozhikode (1997) & IIM Shillong. New Iims: IIM Ranchi, Rohtak, Raipur, Trichy, Udaipur, Kashipur
Baby Iims: IIM Amritsar, Bodh Gaya, Nagpur, Sambalpur, Sirmaur, Visakhapatnam, Jammu established in 201516. Now, my personal rankings of colleges would be:
1st group: IIM A, B
2nd group: FMS, IIM C, XLRI
3rd group: IIM L, MDI, IIM K, IIM I, SP Jain, JBIMS
4th group: IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIFT IIM Ranchi, IIM Trichy, IIM Udaipur.

Which colleges did I get on the basis of CAT score. I score 86 in 2nd slot of CAT 2019. my 10 %is 81 class 12 86.6 pursuing BBA with 70%. .

It is a very low CAT score and you may face difficulties in admission. As you have a decent academic profile and with a decent CAT score around 75 to 85 percentile will get into a top B-school.
