96.3 percentile is the minimum you would have to get for admission in IIT Delhi, management department. They accept not only CAT but also CMAT,XAT, MAT, GMAT and SNAP.

Hello,
The score of CAT 2017 is applicable only for the academic session of next year i.e. 2018-2020 for any B-School in India. To be eligible for the 2018-20 session, you need to appear for the CAT '18 exam.

Yes, you can score more than 95 percentile with TIME correspondence course. Only thing is that you must remain focused and motivated throughout your preparation. Apart from just working hard, work smart too. Practice a lot and take mocks to get the exam like feel. Analyse your mocks and find out your weak area and work upon them. I can say please take mocks seriously and never forget to analyse it.
I hope this will help you.
Good luck for your preparation.

Your academics are decent.
Try to score 99+ percentile for top IIMs. For IIM try to score 99.5+ to be safe.
