More than 95 percentile for getting into IIMs, from there you can get good placements. If you are looking for some other tier 1 campus, you need just 85 percentile and above. If you go for tier 2 and 3 campuses, you can get it easily. Then you should score approximately 70 percentile and above. With MAT exam, you can get into major tier 2 and 3 campus. CAT exam is mostly used as a criterion of selection at IIM, IITs, Symbiosis, etc.

Hello!
Not at all, the score of one exam does not affect the score of other exam (s) during the admission process of a particular college. Generally, these colleges ask only for the best scores and not for all of them. So, say if one has scored well in CET as compared to the other exams, then he/she has to submit the scores of CET only. So, in no way will your CAT score affect you during the admission process of the top colleges.
Good luck!

Of course, there is a good percentage of weightage for CAT results together with profile and GD-PI performance.

Yes, you can. There are some seats for non-engineers in IIT-D and some other IIts as well. You can go through the admission criteria of all these institutes and apply for the same.

With 47.7 percentile in CAT, you can apply for Tier 2 and 3 campuses. Also, some good colleges for this score you can just try are as follows:
1. Amity
2. Christ University
3. Vellore University
4. CMS Jain
5. Welingkar
6. IFIM
7. IBS
8. Alliance
9. RVIM
10. MSRIM
The most important thing about the above list of campuses is their quality of education and placement opportunities. You can select one from the above.
Best of luck.

Hello,
Unfortunately, there is not even a decent B-School anywhere in India where one can get admission with just 50 percentile in the CAT exam and the ones you might get won't simply be worth enough to pursue MBA, turning out to be a total waste of both your precious time i.e. 2 years as well as money (in Lacs). I suggest you to either reappear for CAT (or other exams as per your wish) next year or focus on the other upcoming exams like MBA CET and MAT.
Wish you good luck.

Hello,
To be honest, neither of these exam scores will fetch you an interview call from any of the reputed and top-ranked B-School in the country and the colleges accepting such scores are not really worth pursuing MBA; it would be a waste of both your precious time (2 years) and money. You can reappear for these entrance exams next year and aim for a much better college, only if you wish. Else, you can focus on the other upcoming exams like MAH-MBA CET and MAT.
Good luck.

Based on your CAT score, you can look for NIBM-Pune (much known for Finance), Christ University, IBS, BIMTECH-Noida, IMI-Kolkata/Bhubaneswar, ITM-Mumbai and Welingkar. Based on MAT score, you can look for these colleges-N L Dalmia Institute of Management-Mumbai, KSOM-KIIT-Bhubaneswar, IPE-Hyderabad, AIMS Institutes-Bangalore, PSGIM-Coimbatore, BIIB-Pune, VESIM-Mumbai O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonepat (Haryana), and IBA-Bangalore. Also, you have a decent academic profile, so you have chances to get into any of these colleges.
