Even 55-65 percentile would be enough, make sure you attempt questions which you're confident and within shortest time to gain good score.

The CAT cutoff changes every year based on the year exam and difficulty.
There is no such defined cutoff, It changes every year.Last Year CAT cutoff was 86, CMAT 96 and XAT 78

CAT is not very tough exam it depends on individuals dedication and preparation for the exam. Yes, its easy to qualify CAT if you prepare well. Symbiosis do conduct its own entrance exam SNAP for MBA admissions.

You do not meet 50% eligibility criteria in graduation degree for majority of MBA entrance examinations as a general category candidate. If you are a reserved category student then you are eligible for appearing in majority of MBA entrance examinations.
