Yes, why not. but Institutes like JBIMS are the most sought after MBA institutes after IIMs so you need to be among the top percentile holders in CAT or XAT to get admission there.

Yes, you can join classes there. There might be some centres of TIME or CL. However, classes only provide the baseline for CAT preparation. Rest is completely your own hard work.
