Hey! With a 95 percentile you have really good chance of securing admission in the HCM programme. However there are other criterias like group discussion and personal interview which play a decisive role.

The cutoff percentile for diff exams is different every year and changes every time according to the exam. There is no fixed cutoff. Last year cutoff for CAT- 86 percentile , XAT - 78percentile and CMAT - 96 percentile.

For MBA-HRM you need 80 percentile above in CAT and 70 percentile in XAT.
For MBA-BM you need above 85 in both CAT and XAT

Yes, it's possible. However, you will mostly get few IIMs like IIM - Jammu, Nagpur, Amritsar, etc. and if you get above 95 percentile, then you can expect a call from better IIMs like Kashipur, Ranchi, etc.
Good luck.

You need to score 50% in your UG from B.Tech/BE, or any other Bachelor's degree like B.Com, BBA and many more. You can also appear for the same, while in your final semester.
Good luck.
