You should aim for IIMs with 90 percentile and above. If you get this score, you will get good B-schools including NIT - Rourkela.
All the best.

Let me advise you, in India 99% students think negative before they attempt any examination. First of all, I am asking you what level of commitment that you have. If it is really strong, so plan accordingly. Struggle 18 hours minimum.
Secondly, all entrance of examinations for management courses, they will check English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension and aptitude with quants and other little bit general knowledge. Therefore, I encourage you to get material first and then start.
You have asked for the coaching institutions:
1. TIME.
2. IMS.
3. Career launcher, etc. are doing well.
You can choose anyone but don't depend

You should go for GATE, if you want to be in same field because CAT is common admission test which is conducted to get admission for MBA program, which is a management course.

I would suggest you a book named Quantum CAT by Arihant publications, which is good for quant section.
You can focus more on speed and distance, time and work and number systems as number of questions come from these. But, you have to take care of other chapters too as it is also important.
