You have various online free videos and free mock tests, if you want to prepare for it without the classes. You can watch tutorials on YouTube. After completing studies from books and online resources, you can join some test series. Cheap ones are also available online which are available for Rs.1200 or so.

CAT and IBPS are two different directions. First, think how you wanted to you see yourself in future. If you go for IBPS, you will be working only in the banks, whereas MBA, you can work in any industry you wish like automobile, FMCG, software, etc. as a finance manager, operations manager, marketing manager, so the best option that suits your skill set and interests.
