I. CAT 2016 registration starts on 8th August 2016 (Monday) and closes on 22nd September 2016, (Thursday).
II. On October 18, 2016 (Tuesday) you can download the admit card for CAT.
III. December 4, 2016 (Sunday) will be the exam date.

Yes, you can. You need minimum 50% in Graduation to be eligible and you already have 58%, which is enough. Good scores in CAT will help you to get into a good B-school of your choice.
