It looks difficult with 80% in CAT. But, as admissions depends on relative parameters, you can be hopeful.

Yes, anyone with any form of graduate degree can appear in CAT examination. There will have to be some legal documentation that would be needed from the NDA campus where you've trained.

I think, it is available in CAT website.
Arihant Publications Quantum CAT is good for quantitative section.
If you are still unknown about the CAT preparation, it is better you to go a crash course in any of the CAT coaching Institutes.

If exam center is available at Varanasi, it is possible for you. When you apply for CAT, there are set of preferences to set exam centres & try to give exam centre details in order of which is nearest to you.

If you belong to general category, then for IIM, 99 percentile is upper and 94 percentile is the lower cut-off. For NDIM, approximately 50 percentile is required, but if you score more than 90 percentile, then opt for FMS, DU.
If you opt for FMS, DU, your salary package can be up to 5 lakh rupees.

You can opt for either Bull's Eye or TIME. Both the institutes are good for the preparation of CAT exam.
