No, if you scre good percentile in CAT then you get admisison,. The XIIth standard marks are NOT counted. So go ahead and concentrate on your CAT Arnav.

All these institutes are more or less equivalent as all have good number of final conversions into top MBA institutions. One may join any but make sure to follow the reading material and test modules of that institute dedicatedly.

There is no mandate to have work experience for admission in an IIM. However, during placements, a candidate with work experience lands up with a better package than a fresher. Having a work ex of 1-2 years is enough.
