there is a mandate for few top B schools of more than 65% in grad. But there are also bschools who will only consider the CAT score and interview . Basically if u score exceptionally well in CAT which is more than 98 percentile there is good chance of colleges over looking the graduation score

First of all choose wisely your area of interest and sit for exams of GRE and TOEFL. Many universities give admission on the basis of the marks of these exams .
