I don't think so. To get an admission in any IIM, you need to appear for CAT. Few NRIs get an admission with GMAT score as well, but for everyone residing in India, you will have to appear for CAT.

Close to 97%. But those who got through with 97% had a great profile and work experience. So the minimum target should be 99% actually, if you ask!
For the second part of the question, you do stand a chance if you score well in CAT. MBA is not just about marks, there are many other things taken into consideration, such as extra-curricular activities, communication skills, aptitude and knowledge.

Different B-Schools have different percentile cutoffs. To get into an IIM, you will need to score at least 99 percentile. Also you will need to clear the individual subject cutoff which typically is around 95 percentile. For others like FMS you will need 98.5 percentile. For new IIMs these could be 95-96 percentile. I would suggest you contact alums/students of the school you are targeting to get an accurate answer.

No, you have to prepare for Quant, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability separately. It doesn't associate with B.Com or BBA.
Best of luck.
