Dear Rahul,
To get admission in top ranked colleges one must score minimum of 90% in CAT to secure chance for stand for admissions. And thereon one must prepare for GD and PI so as to get assured admission, with Good GD and PI score your CAT score might be unable to get you admission.

One should pursue a career based on ones liking & interests. Having said this no qualification gives you a guarantee of good job as getting a good job is a result of multiple factors & many of these factors are independent of academic qualification.

Dear Aditya,
I will suggest you should prepare for MAT coming in sept. and other tests as well , coz IBS mumbai is not that reputed college neither placements are so good as compared to IBS hyderabad.
so instead to joins as of now, i recommend you to prepare bit harder and smarter and try for good marks and try again for better colleges.
good luck
