You are very much eligible. Score 90+ percentile in either CAT or XAT. Even a 650+ in GMAT would do.

Mostly. No chances. IIM Ahmedabad has a minimum criteria for the average of tenght. A few twelfth percentage which I think is 80% for general category. Bit lower for reservation categories.

It varies from IIM to IIM and depends a lot on your reservation category. It also depends upon your profile and school, graduation marks, work experience, etc.

CAT is a very important test for MBA\PGDM and you need to prepare for all subject for good percentile. If you have good percentile then you take admission in top institution very easily. In the case of mathematics, you should practice reasoning in mathematics.
