Generally, the cutoff of the college will be decided later after receiving all applications. But, with 74% in CAT, you got a decent chance to get the call and to convert it.
All the best.

The cutoff for SC category student through CAT will be based on 'All India Seats' so you need to score good on CAT as there are few all India seats available in PUMBA. The cutoff for CAT is usually 85-90%ile.

It all depends on your effort and absorption level of basic concepts of English language, Mathematics, Logical reasoning, etc. Most students do follow the route of joining institutes that provide coaching that prepares you for such exams. Once your concepts are clear then it all boils down to practice in a real time environment.

Top A grade schools will require above 90% percentile. But, you will get good schools till 75% and below 75%, you might get a lot of B-schools but will not be good to join them. You should atleast try for above 80%.

Unfortunately, your CAT/CMAT score is very low. No college will accept you in this score, so better, you should try for next year and settle for some good college.

Hi Roshan, sure you should apply online at alliance.edu.in, and you will get an appointment for interview and that day you will have AMAT ( Alliance Management Aptitude Test), oral extempore and a personal interview will be held on that day and if you are through in this all you will get admission.
