Last date is Feb 4. Your percentile is good to get a call. The avg package this year was 6.5 lpa. Companies like asian paints, eveready, icici, sbi.etc come in.

Hello,
Your cat percentile is low as compared to the cut off that bimtech accepts. So no chances of getting pgdm(core) and pgdm (international business).

Hello,
For admission to PGDM & PGDM (IB), an applicant must have a valid CAT (Score card of CAT 2015) or valid XAT 2016 score or valid GMAT 2015-16 score and For admission to PGDM (RM) & PGDM (IBM) an applicant must have valid CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT score in Bimtech. Around 75 percentile is required for admission in pgdm(core).

Hey Rajat, students can select their major and minor specialization in 2nd year. LBSIM provides Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Systems & Operations Management, Information Technology & Systems, Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Management and General Management as the specializations. The average package for the 2013-15 batch was 8.2lakh and the highest package was 21 lakh.

SPM offers two MBA programs. 1) MBA in Energy and Infra 2) MBA in General Management. Now coming to MBA in EnI will cover oil and gas related program mainly. Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University with which SPM is associated is renowned name for this sector. Teaching pedagogy followed is case study based, as well as we have trimister system just like IIMs. SPM PDPU being a right choice will more or less depend upon your priortization of criterias. First of all GATE or CAT does not give you package. These both are different entrance exam GATE is for post graduate admission on engineering mainly in IITs and NITs whereas CAT for post graduate management programme such as PGPM from IIM and MBA PGPM from other institutes.
An engineering post graduate get average salary of Rs. 6 lakhs per annum if he is from IITs and a management post graduate gets average 13 lakhs if he is from top 20 B-schools.
