No it is not dominantly for engg. students rather it gives holistic approach to industry.You will be taught in a general way as a PGDM core guys are treated and i think going for E-BIZ is a good option as it holds upcoming future of the business industry.

Taking the exam totally depends on you but you can check the list of colleges in which you might get admission before taking the final decision:
- T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI)
- Rajiv Gandhi Indian Institute of Management (IIM S)
- Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater Noida (BIMTECH)
- Institute of Management, Nirma University (IMNU Ahmedabad)

Your academics are decent but your CAT score is low , so there are very less chances that you will get a call for GD/PI . You can apply for BIMTECH if you have given any other exam like CMAT , MAT , XAT provided you have got a score above 75 percentile.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for BIMTECH Noida , with this kind of score there are high chances that you would get a call form BIMTECH , but you can only use your CAT score to apply for PGDM and PGDM(IB) . CMAT and MAT scores are only accepted for RM and IBM courses.

Yes, you will definitely get good B-Schools with your CAT score. Some of the good B-Schools that you should consider are:
1) K J Somaiya Mumbai
2) Nirma University Ahmedabad
3) Fore School Delhi
4) LBSIM Delhi
5) NIT Trichy
6) IIFM Bhopal
7) IFMR Chennai
8) T A Pai Manipal
9) LIBA Chennai
10) We school Mumbai
Most of the B-Schools are going to close their registration process in January itself. So, apply as soon as possible if you like any of it.
