Yeah, you can but the decision will also be based on your other aspects of your profile and not just the CAT score. Extra curriculars, Work ex, Academics etc

Yes you are eligible for admission. Eligibility criteria states that a candidate should have atleast 60% score in qualifying degree.

Your percentile is quite low. there is less chance of getting an interview call.

From last few years the cut off for OBC category have oscillated around 85 percentile to get a call for GD/PI process. Cut off for a category depends on no. of applicants of that particular category, so the cutoff may fluctuate.
30 seats are reserved for OBC category.

From last few years the cut off for OBC category have oscillated around 85 percentile. Cut off for a category depends on no. of applicants of that particular category, so the cutoff may fluctuate. According to me you must apply just to be on a safer side.

You may get admission in tier 3 n below colleges which dont accept any score and have direct admission through interview bur having said that it is not worth a while to do mba from the same
