Hi, Well on a personal level from my experience I can say that CAT percentiles are not that predictive. And any percentile above 85 would give you a shout at the shortlisting. Keep your hopes high!

CAT cutoff is approximately 90%ile.

Hi Abhinav, it depends on the institute's admission process which you are targetting for your MBA. JBIMS for example has a separate admission process altogether, as it is no more part of the CAP rounds which happen for admission in other B-schools considering CAT or MAH-CET scores. Nothing is impossible. To get 100 percentile in CAT you need to score the highest of all the students.

Ya! Sure every degree holders is eligible for CAT don't worry. In recent days IIM is expecting candidates from more varied background. Actually that is B schools need. All the best for your CAT preparation
