Hello,
From 10th class you would be looking at being at the equivalent of GCSEs in the UK, generally to study at a higher level on a program such as an A Level (2 years) or foundation (1 year) for progression to university you will need to have completed 11th.
You can find more about the difference between the UK and India education system here on SIUKs website here:
http://www.studyin-uk.in/uk-study-info/uk-india-education-systems/
These two websites can help you find a list of colleges offering GCSEs and Diploma programs:

Dear Raj,
Please check the admission criteria on IIM B site. It says, the candidates percentage scores in
the 10th and 12th board exams are initially adjusted by dividing each such score by the 90th
percentile score obtained in that board. The database of 10th and 12th scores of all CAT
applicants of the past two years is used for identifying the 90th percentile score for each 10th and
12th board for this purpose.
However, I am not sure how it works for OBC category. You can contact the admissions office to understand you are eligible or not.
