There is no matter if you had Hindi or English in 10 class. Only 12 class marks matter. Different courses has different criteria to get admission. To pursue B.Sc Mathematics, you had to complete and pass in class 12. Many private colleges offer this particular course for students who have scored above 55%. You can go through the Shiksha website to get a reputed private college.

Germany is inexpensive and you can get many scholarship available. UK and USA are expensive but getting a scholarship is useful.
