Yes but for getting top colleges you really need to score well in CAT at least above 95 percentile for getting call from top colleges and above 98% to getting call from IIMs.

You have to complete your 12th first and then your percentage matters.

You can do B.Sc in biology and then M.Sc in some specific stream. If you are interested in botany or zoology then you can pursue your research through PhD after doing M.Sc.
