AAA takes direct admission for commercial pilot license Entrants. You should although qualify on grounds of minimum required educational qualification.
The qualification required to pursue commercial pilot training is just 10+2 with 50% marks in PCM.
If you have this qualification than you can directly approach them and take admission.
As far as your EEE is concerned, it will only remain as an additional qualification. It has nothing to do with CPL Training.

Yes, you can apply for the course. Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. Interested candidates can apply directly to the college.

You should rather ask yourself what you want to do. It is a big problem nowadays with students that they can't decide what they should do but believe me only you can answer yourself what is your field of interest and don't take too much time while wondering about that. Grab your dream as soon as possible.

No, you can't neglect English I guess. You have choices amongst physical education, computer science and arts. English is such an easy subject in 12th. You should definitely study English. Stories are also amazing and you will enjoy the subject.
