You should go for BE in CS because after doing BE, you can get a job anywhere in India and even abroad.

Your score is very bad in class 12th. I would suggest you to go with class 12th again and improve your performance, because no one will hire you in future with your class 12th marks. Even you are not eligible for their criteria.
