Your friend is not eligible as minimum percentage required in 12 is 75 for either general category or OBC category. This criteria has been implemented from a few years ago earlier it was 60% only. You can also check on your own there are plenty of sites mentioned the eligibility criteria.

As a student, I will say this college has good teaching staff and laboratory facilities. Most important is library, a fantastic collection of all kind of academic books. You will see separate sections in library for study of academia as well for competitive exams. The mess is average in taste. This year has a tough fight for placements. Good campus placements for IT and CS than other branches.

Admission is based through counselling based on rank obtained in MHT-CET. Vacant seats will be filled by the institute based on the rank obtained in JEE-Mains.

After your HSC go for BBA then prepare for CAT exam by scoring good percentile go for MBA in Entrepreneurship&innovation management in Entrepreneurship Management process international in New Delhi. Admission in GIM depends upon passing the cutoffs in CAT, XAT and CMAT. After that, your performance in GD PI round. Academics don't carry that weight unless it is for achievers round.
