Hi Alka,
No you cannot. You must qualify NEET to secure admissions for MBBS. Besides, NEET is the only medical entrance examination conducted in India for UG admissions.

Hi Shiva, you can opt for B.Sc. Nanotechnology or B.Sc+M.Sc Nanotechnology, though you won't get too many options since majority of the programs are B.Tech and M.Tech. Some colleges with B.Sc. Nanotechnology courses are IMTS Noida, LPU Jalandhar and SNR Son's College. You can also check this page on shiksha.com:

Your score in JEE Mains is not very satisfying to get you any good engineering colleges, so ask yourself, do you really want to do engineering? If yes, then take a gap and prepare well for the next year. All the best.
