IMT Nagpur is better than XIME, Kochi in terms of placement, ROI. Location wise Both are same. XIME, Kochi has small batch size in compare to XIME, Kochi.

Your marks are in the top level of safe zone considering your caste. You can easily get the top of the colleges you wish for. You just need to keep an eye on the college and start shortlisting your preference so that it does't create any tension in the end.

You only need to clear the eligibility. Its not counted for in your VIT rank. Candidates should have secured 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology taken together in 10+2 or equivalent exam
Candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories and North-East should have secured an aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology. All the best!

Every year, the cut-off for getting admission in DU is above 95%. It can be 99 percentage also. As every year, it is 98-99 percentage. They take only the highest marks holders in 12th. So, if you want admission there you should work hard.
