Big goal, for achieving this you have to first complete your graduation from any recognized university. Then, you have to appear in "Civil Services Examination" conducted by Union public service commission UPSC in every year. UPSC conducts civil services exams in two phase as prelims and Mains, for making as collector you have to qualify both the exams successfully. Good luck.

Board's marks have nothing to do with your admission in VIT .You have to give VITEEE exam, if you want admission in VIT University. Fees consists of 2 parts, one is group A and group B .Group A consists of IT, electronics, EEE , ECE ,civil CS with specialization and it's fees are 1,76,000 INR per annum. You can do anything you want to. You are a science student, you can take either B.Sc or B.Tech for graduation. After that, you have to fight an entrance exam to get admission in IIM that is CAT. After clearing this, you can get admission here.
Hope this helps you.

You have more options like B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA and many more. But if you want to really see yourself as a good professional then you should pursue engineering. This is more interesting. Well, all things depend on your interest. In which field you have interest, go for that. But engineering looks best.
All the best.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks.

For example, you did 10th in 2017 and could not join XI the same year. Otherwise, you would have given exam of 11th in 2018 and XII in 2019. Now, you want to appear in XII in 2019, making it possible in the presence of a gap year without doing XI. The option is to do that from open schooling. People tend to go the wrong ways as well where they might get some school offering admission in 12th and show your 11th passed through internal fabrication. I am neither sure of it nor in favour of such an act. Opt for open schooling.
