Hello Naveen,
There is no comparison between IITM and any other college as it is of high standards. You need to clear JEE Advanced for IITs. To know about the colleges which you can get, you may refer:

You cannot get the top ranking colleges like CEG and MIT but you can try for other affiliated colleges.

Yes, they take entrance test for B.Sc(Hons.) without qualifying you will not be eligible to get admission there. Good luck.

For that, you can appear for NDA, TES and 10+2 technical entry scheme. In that, first, you need to clear the cut-off then you have to appear for the SSB.

Dear candidate,
In order to seek admission in DIT University, one should have following eligibility that is a candidate should have minimum 60% marks in X standard & aggregate 60% marks in XII standard and minimum 60% in Physics Chemistry Maths English/Physics Maths Bio English/Physics Maths English Computer. To get into IITs. 12th standard marks for SC/ ST and PwD candidates, the aggregate marks should be at least 65%. It will be difficult for you to get into IITs. You may look for other private and state engineering colleges.
