The cut-off is not a constant and keeps changing every year and also depends on the education board. It may range from 60% to as high 90%. However, for SC/ST, students the criteria is 55% for all boards.

RTU conducts entrance exams for its various courses. Depending on what you want to study you have to clear those exams, for example REAP for Engineering.
